  1. I just called and they don't have it anymore. Oh well. Thanks Jeff!!!!
  2. Looking for a used Mesa 20/20 amp. Anybody have one for sale or know of one available? Thanks!
  3. Not exacty 'bit' players, but bands that were never the same... Peter Gabriel leaving Genesis. Steve Winwood leaving Traffic. Roger Hodgson leaving Supertramp.
  4. Post some pics of that bad boy!
  5. The longest lasting strings I've found are Pyramid strings. The seem to hold tone the longest. They're a bit more expensive, but it's worth it, in the long run.
  6. I've spoken to Ken many times. I owned a Wreck a while back. It was a great amp. He was a true gentleman. And really knew his stuff. Ken Fischer, RIP, May 12, 1945 - Dec. 23, 2006
  7. Can I ask where you saw this listed? If you can't afford the amp, you can alway buy a logo. (I bet this thing goes for $500+) Ebay Trainwreck Logo
  8. Kid Charlemagne from Steely Dan. Larry Carlton's best solo ever. I'm in awe every time I hear it. It covers rock, jazz, blues all in one solo - amazing!
  9. Lord, That's the best link I've seen all year! I've been buying entire sets forever. Thanks!!!!
  10. For Sale... '06 Heritage CM-150 Les Paul. "Limited Edition #236". Mahogany with Nice flame maple top in Duane, Dark Burst. Factory installed Lollar P-90's. Factory Grover tuners. Near Mint Condition. Only played in non-smoking home. Not a mark on it... except for one tiny ding on the top of the headstock (see pic), otherwise it's perfect. (Any marks in pics are only reflections, not damage) All original, no repairs or mods ever. No pickguard installed. I'm the original owner. It's actually an '06, but I bought it new in early '07. If you haven't owned one (I've owned 5 over the years) they usually kick Gibson to the curb in playabliity, craftmanship and tone. I just don't need it with my new cover band, so it goes. Plays beautifully. Medium/Heavy size neck. Think more '59, not a tree trunk, like some '58 reissues. Frets were Pleck'd at the factory. Sounds exceptional, especially the neck p/u! Average weight, just over 9lbs. Comes with it's original Heritage Hard-case. $1,150. shipped. (PayPal extra)
  11. Here's a pic of Howard (Hughes) Dumble. Not many have actually seen him in person.
  12. I know Todd and I just emailed him. I'd like to know what he thinks? Oh, if you guys ever need serious amp repair or restoration, Todd Sharp of Nashvile Amplifier Service is a god.
  13. They could buy the now defunt Heritage Guitar (Former Gibson Kalamazoo) building, now that Heritage closed.
  14. He's a bass player, didn't care for it. Oh well. We did it direct, not on ebay.
  15. I just bought the Cowtown/Ebay Sunburst from the seller. Got it for the Cowtown price he paid for it. Should have it next week.
  16. There's quite a few pro's who don't or not often. Clapton doesn't and Satch doesn't for most of his solos. He does on his scale runs, but when he just digs in for feel, no pinky!
  17. Anybody heard when other providers beside AT&T will offer the iPhone? I had AT&T service for a while and it sucked in my area.
  18. ZZ Tops Eliminator. They were so freakin' smoking on the first 3 LPs. Then... Barf.
