  1. What concerns me is that everyone who's selling them have only barely used them. That's not a good sign. I really want a trem for my LP, but I don't want to buy one and hate it.
  2. Anyone use a Stest trem? Opinions? http://stetsbar.com/
  3. Tommy Bolin & Steve Howe for me.
  4. Anyone can make their own Mousepads, T-shirts, hats etc at cafepress.com I use it all the time for stuff.
  5. Besides guitars, Fender has Relic'd amps too.
  6. I was just kiddin'. Works of art shouldn't be messed with.
  7. I was just thinking of Relic'ing my Huber. It just looks... too new. What do you guys think? Just kidding!
  8. Mine read Neck-7.85 Bridge-12.03 But, as Greg would say, readings aren't everything, especially with these as they are wound for a specific tone.
  9. That is the story of the 60's hit "Spirit in the Sky" by Norman Greenbaum. They trashed a speaker along with using a fuzz box to get that extra ratty tone. I LOVE that tone!
  10. More Birthday wishes from Colorado too! Have fun at NAMM!
  11. Not to scare anyone off (And no, I'm not bidding on it) but he only has two Ebay sales on his feedback. All the others he was the buyer. Hmmmm?
  12. I don't think the guy knows much about guitars. When I emailed him about the weight, he said it's very heavy. Then posts that it's 8.8lbs. That's light weight for a solid Mahogany guitar, especially a Standard! I was thinking the thing was an 11lb boat-anchor. Not exactly a good sales pitch. See you all here tomorrow, same time, same bat channel!
  13. I asked him too, just for fun. No answer. Sellers like this scare me. Just be honest.
  14. I would guess $1,100-1,200. with no original case.
  15. The DGT is spectacular. I've owned over a dozen PRS's and the DGT is the best one yet. FYI, I may be unloading my DGT (Unemployment issues) Keep an eye on the 'For Sale' section in the near future!
  16. Gregger may get mad at me for posting this, but here's my nearly finished Redwood Huber that will be featured at the NAMM show. (No burst/clear-coat yet)
  17. I've got an RMC3, it's about 3 years old, so not sure when the 'fuzz friendly' version took over. I love it. I compared it to about 3 or 4 other boutique (Area 51, Fulltone, Budda etc) pedals and this one won out for me. Its a keeper.
  18. I did start out asking about B-stock/Blem/Open Box units, but then, she gave me a new one for that price. They changed the price like 3 times yesterday. Something was wacky in the pricing dept. And to make it even more weird, she said it was out-of-stock and it would ship when they get some more. Well, I get a shipping notice last night???? Who cares, I'm getting one to check out. If I don't like it, I'll just pass it along. I can't wait to compare it to my Suhr Badger. (I'll change out the tubes first)
  19. Smokin' review in the Premier Guitar Magazine. Rebel Review
  20. For Sale Alert... I was interested in that new Egnater Rebel 20 amp. (Lots of great buzz) So, I checked Musicians Friend. They had it on-line for $461 (Normal price is $599.) So, I called direct and got one for $459. Why $459? Who knows? Still, a great deal on one.
  21. I don't think drilling a few holes would depreciate the speakers value. It's not like they are collectible vintage speakers.
  22. Nice looking rig. I bet it gets ungodly loud, but I bet if you heard a Strat plugged into this old Dawg, you'd be amazed.
