Well I have two other cherry sunburst/59 burst Standards, so I think it's gonna be just ambered natural with a cherry back.
It came to me last night... Vintage Natural, Brown Back, SUSTAIN BLOCK!!!! I will give you 1,000,000.00 for it.....
My Old Stomping Grounds.... POP'S ANEX OPEN 24/7, burned to the ground twice and still going strong! Did that other joint start with PT's... Good times !
Vintage Natural, I alway's wanted a Vintage Natural Standard... The Zandards that have been on the board look to yellow, it maybe the light or not. http://i58.photobucket.com/albums/g268/bubs_42/Rick-1.jpg
A couple of guy's use them here, I bought a 1x12 combo last year for $350 from GC and didn't like it. I played it in the store for over and hour and bought it just because I know if it didn't grow on me I could flip it. And I did. It's definetly a love or hate amp. Only suggestion is to play one first. Don't order it or ebay one with out playing it. One thing bout it, it was versitile. If you set up the Global ( I think that's right) and the boost you almost have 3 drive setting at the touch of the petal. I like it best on Class A... Good Luck!
I wouldn't draw attention to it but I can't buy it or I would for the BIN, Ya I said it, the BIN... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ViewItem&rd=1&item=350044568043&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=022
Side note I've played two Spirit's last year at a local shop. One with a Maple body and one with a Mahogany Body. Both sounded great. How much is the one Fender worth. You add that one the two hamer's and that's about all that's worth bidding on. O' and LESS IS MORE !
I hope you get it soon, your just killing me !
P.S. that's what the board on my 96 GT looks like, It's the only hamer I have with a board that Has a distinctive shade difference in the board like that. I think its cool...
