bruce919 Posted February 19 Posted February 19 They are relentless. I don't even make inquiries about gear, or you will get calls for months. Quote

Saul Goodman Posted February 19 Posted February 19 My rep doesn't call me that much. When he does, I tell him about my wheelchair, my dog, how my husband likes his bacon. I talk to him a little about music videos I've watched. After about 20 minutes he thanks me for my time. 2 2 Quote
LucSulla Posted February 20 Posted February 20 Unfortunately, one of my best friends worked for Sweetwater, and that's how I got my current rep (who I've had for nearly 15 years). He gets a little more leeway than most reps would. 1 Quote
Willie G. Moseley Posted February 21 Posted February 21 Pondering buying a Gretsch short-scale bass to noodle around with round the house. had a question, sent it in, no response. Sent it in again, and got a response, apology and answer less than 24 hours later. iI followup calls are the norm after I purchase I'll request no phone calls. I still get a workout with our phone daily with around 20 calls from Third World calls regarding Medicare. Yeah, right ...and now, that's getting more confrontational...by me and them 1 Quote
