Maybe, to prevent the improvised smashing of another priceless antique Martin, but I'm not gonna be shocked if he has a genuine Nocaster or 50s Gibby sacrificed in a future pic. 4 Quote
Brooks Posted June 4 Posted June 4 (edited) The pickup shape is problematic if you decide to replace them, kinda like those weird G&L Pbass looking pups. Edited June 4 by Brooks 2 Quote

jwhitcomb3 Posted June 5 Posted June 5 Cool guitars, just not $8500 USD cool. https://www.chicagomusicexchange.com/products/gavilan-miramonte-reverse-silverburst-light-relic-serial-2566061 1 1 Quote

cornjulio Posted Wednesday at 09:45 PM Posted Wednesday at 09:45 PM (edited) These look interesting but from what I can the prices are pretty steep. So many great builders come to mind before shelling out that amount on a new brand with just another take on some classics. I love what Nik Huber does, Krautsters II and III, Dolphins, I'd be very tempted to try a Novo Serus J, not sure what Mike Shishkov is up to for now but of course he is someone with great taste who will factor in lots of personal ideas and they are all below that price bracket.
