Siaip Ciuvas Posted May 13, 2008 Posted May 13, 2008 just a quick update - Riffy is in good condition, case has been badly damaged by UPS (I guess UPS guys wanted to try what theese letters FRAGILE on the box meant), but the boy has been untouched. Polara is now having a nap at the hotel, tommorow he will have a gig at local best live music club "Tamsta" open mic evening. More info will follow after Polara is back. The Riff sounds absolutely amazing. I have tried it in a music shop downstairs with TSL601, and must say the salesguy (and seasoned guitar studio pro) said he never heard anything that good sounding that far in Lithuania And if it has Vintage neck carve - then I love it!

polara Posted May 14, 2008 Posted May 14, 2008 quick update from my iPhone... polara ain't doing any partying or singing as he coughs for five minutes if trying to talk. Mrs p is back in Sweden on antibiotics but The Polarette is healthy. I photographed the guitar's journey and will post next week. Dinner and bed now. Yuk

Hope he comes next time in good health and I will have a chance to repay my debt to him for doing what he did! p.s. the case has been repaired and from a first glance you can't tell its been crushed to pieces in one corner p.p.s. Tommorow Riffy will be on stage in first open air fest this year and we are one of the headliners on the main stage. Will post some pics and videos here as soon as available, can't wait!
