Hey guys! I had a Hamer Miller High Life 6 string shipped to me couple months back. It arrived, but the case was 'squeezed', or 'squished' in what ever machinery FedEx uses, or from it being handled improperly. Fortunately, the guitar seems ok. The case was literally 'bulging', was very difficult to open that first time, and caused considerable damage along one edge of the case. I was thinking $200 to replace this? I'm not sure if it's considered custom, or 'special order', as the bow-tie shape is unique. Hoping one of you know better. I'm told to shoot high with these types of claims, cause they like to adjust them downward. Thanks for any info/suggestion. I appreciate it.
