Riffmonger Posted October 28, 2005 Posted October 28, 2005 No longer for sale! Thanks to all that inquired!
discountsounds Posted October 28, 2005 Posted October 28, 2005 That is a beautiful guitar, but a really sad post. I hope you rediscover your passion for playing sometime in the future.
kizanski Posted October 28, 2005 Posted October 28, 2005 If Riff says "The guitar is flawless and in NEW condition," then that's exactly what it is.That's a gorgeous looking guitar and it must scream with the VooDoos.
Bigred Posted October 28, 2005 Posted October 28, 2005 The beauty of music and the arts is that you always carry them with you....and you can summon them sometime further down the road......Best wishes.....CB
Riffmonger Posted October 28, 2005 Author Posted October 28, 2005 I bought a new motorcycle in August and that is what I've spent my free time with. My daughter is about to be 5 yrs. old and we've been able to do a lot more together than we could when she was younger. I'm sure I'll get another guitar some other time, but right now I have other priorities. I'll be selling a "As New" BOSS BR900CD with a 1 gig mem card and a pair of KRK Rokit 5 powered studio speaker as soon as I can get some pics. Here's the bike.
DavidE Posted October 28, 2005 Posted October 28, 2005 Might I suggest that you take a few hundre bucks and buy a decent used acoustic to have around the house? Heck, hang it on the wall as art. Even if you only pick it up once in a long while, it might feel good. And it might open your daughter's ears to learning an instrument too.
Riffmonger Posted October 29, 2005 Author Posted October 29, 2005 Thanks Kiz! It's a Honda VTX 1800! It's 110 cubic inches (1795cc) of fuel injected Metric Thunder. This is what it currently looks like while sitting in the garage. Everything that is missing has been sent out to be CHROMED!
edgar_allan_poe Posted October 29, 2005 Posted October 29, 2005 Everything that is missing has been sent out to be CHROMED! How the hell are they going to chrome the tires? Wont that make for a rough ride?
Guest pirateflynn Posted October 29, 2005 Posted October 29, 2005 Is the neck ebony or rosewood? Paypal okay?Ken
Riffmonger Posted October 29, 2005 Author Posted October 29, 2005 The fret board is rosewood. VERY dark! That's why is looks like ebony in the pics. Paypal is fine! Poe, THIS is CHROMED!
raymund Posted October 29, 2005 Posted October 29, 2005 Have U received PM ? Please contact me by email: gradt@cbn.net.id or raymund_gradt@hotmail.com.
atquinn Posted October 29, 2005 Posted October 29, 2005 MoneyShot is right! That's a damn fine looking bike. Given the fine taste in guitars you've displayed, I'm not surprised.-Austin
seeker Posted October 29, 2005 Posted October 29, 2005 Gawd*&$@t, will someone please buy this beauty. If this was a buy-it-now ebay post, I'd have to break my finger to keep from pulling the trigger.
Riffmonger Posted October 29, 2005 Author Posted October 29, 2005 Yes RAYMUND, I received the PM and NO I won't ship to Indonesia or any other country outside the U.S.. I recently shipped a Vector to Germany and it was a total pain. The risks are MUCH higher due to the limited tracking, delivery verification and non existant insurance coverage if you use USPS which most do. SORRY!PAYPAL is accepted and I'll post some new pics in a bit!
Nathan Posted October 30, 2005 Posted October 30, 2005 Grr. THat guitar should be selling for $1800 minimum.
