Newport Pro - reasonable price

I know I shouldn't do that... But I stumbled into a Newport Pro in vintage orange, and I wonder whats a reasonable price for it. Keeping in mind that a used Newport Pro Custom goes for 3340$ over here...

Any help would be appreciated.

FWIW, I picked up one---Sounds like it is quite similar, but has upgraded pickups-----For less than a third that this past year. Of course that was in the States.

The seller IS in the states, price is 1050$, no bigsby, seth lovers...

If in good shape and shipping does not kill you, hard to go wrong. While I personally like the other pickups better (on mine) the Seths are a great match for the guitar.

Sounds good to me, if it's in good shape! It is still one of the best "deals" on a used Hamer. someday people will wake up and realize how AWESOME of a format the Newport is, and the price will adjust acordingly, but until then get 'em while you can!
