cmatthes Posted July 21, 2018 Posted July 21, 2018 We’re at the beach for a family vacation this week, and my son and his band are recording an EP while here, so naturally, a selection of guitars are also along for the ride. I brought #0066 along for ME for the week. Rain tomorrow, so I took some shots at the end of our walkway to share with you all...now back to playing!
DBraz Posted July 21, 2018 Posted July 21, 2018 Absolutely outstanding. What a magnificent setting to truly appreciate the aesthetics of a special guitar. Eat your heart out BCR!
fasteddie Posted July 21, 2018 Posted July 21, 2018 Gosh that looks like a pretty flippin flat horizon, I wonder if the world could be fla..... nah...that's just silly. BTW nice guitar dude.

Jakeboy Posted July 21, 2018 Posted July 21, 2018 Atlantic Blue is Bethany Blue! What a beautiful guitar. Do the in between positions sound like a Strat?

I think “Bethany Blue” works! Mark - the 2/4 positions definitely have that Stratty, slightly honky character I like, but there’s no volume drop and it’s a little beefier than those positions on a Strat. That’s why I went with the 25.5” scale and maple neck in this one too. It works great.
BubbaVO Posted July 21, 2018 Posted July 21, 2018 So cool. Great ideas running throughout that one. So well executed.
