northarrow Posted November 19, 2019 Author Posted November 19, 2019 Is there a way to tell from the serial number the original color ?
Studio Custom Posted November 19, 2019 Posted November 19, 2019 Maybe Hamer did the refinish and re-stamped the serial number.

cmatthes Posted November 20, 2019 Posted November 20, 2019 Actually, it does appear to be a refin - there’s a “box” around the serial that wasn’t visible when I was looking on my phone screen. The serial looks like it was masked off.
tbonesullivan Posted November 20, 2019 Posted November 20, 2019 I would also guess black. Check the control cavity, as usually they often mask that off.
