tomteriffic Posted November 12, 2021 Posted November 12, 2021 Nope, unless you have hands like a gorilla.
HamerCustomEr Posted November 13, 2021 Posted November 13, 2021 Thank goodness that this gorgeous specimen is in green, or I might have found myself robbing a bank!
cmatthes Posted November 13, 2021 Posted November 13, 2021 I personally love green guitars, but that has got to be one of the two ugliest Hamers ever built.

cmatthes Posted November 13, 2021 Posted November 13, 2021 Glenn Tipton earns that honor. This may be third…
Steve Haynie Posted November 13, 2021 Posted November 13, 2021 It was special ordered for finger style playing rather than a pick. That always turned me off of that bass.
marcnorth Posted November 13, 2021 Posted November 13, 2021 My worst Hamer mistake, sure didn't turn out like I expected. I wanted a 4 string but they wouldn't build it and someone talked me into the 8 string. I should have just ordered another B4M, I probably could have got two for not much more than the price of that one.

I guess the strings were originally farther apart.
