Travis Posted November 22, 2023 Posted November 22, 2023 Looks just like my old one, except mine had a non-reverse headstock. Fantastic player it was, better than my ‘88 Cali Standard.
burningyen Posted November 22, 2023 Posted November 22, 2023 You’d think there’d be more red Diablos. Very nice.
ChugD Posted November 23, 2023 Posted November 23, 2023 Is that duct tape as the wrap on the bridge pickup?

Steve Haynie Posted November 24, 2023 Posted November 24, 2023 Ol' Clint sure knew how to mess up a guitar case.
diablo175 Posted November 24, 2023 Posted November 24, 2023 Still enamored with Diablos and this one illustrates why. However, I've owned enough of them (8 or 9) to know that while they are one of the sexiest shredders ever, ultimately they've always ended up as sold off. FFS, this one makes me wanna try them again. Just keep repeating: I have 3 new axes coming in, I have 3 new axes coming in, I have 3 new axes coming in, I have 3 new axes coming in...
Cboss Posted November 24, 2023 Author Posted November 24, 2023 What is it about them that ultimately doesn't work for you? I notice I rarely play mine, even though it feels and sounds great and every time I pick it up I'm amazed at what a piece of beautiful quality it is
Cboss Posted November 25, 2023 Author Posted November 25, 2023 Guitar Center has a nice green one if anyone is still jonesing for a Diablo
