That 1972 song list is an embarrassment of riches. What a great time to be a sophomore in high school!
While driving this morning, I listened to an interview with Booker T. Jones, who as the producer was responsible for the first Bill Withers recordings, which included Ain't No Sunshine. The record companies had already told Withers, who was 32 at the time, that he was too old to try to break into the pop scene. The rest is history. Stephen Stills played guitar on that recording. There was a lot fantastic music coming out that time.
One of my better workshop "hacks", I find cotton swabs to be handy for cleaning all sorts of small things, and it's nice to have them in reach, and available with just one hand:
cut a lower corner out of the clear plastic top Q tip box, hang it from a nail on your wall = one hand q tip access
Number 50
A-weema-weh, a-weema-weh, a-weema-weh, a-weema-weh
A-weema-weh, a-weema-weh, a-weema-weh, a-weema-weh
In the jungle, the mighty jungle
The lion sleeps tonight
Sorry, couldn't help it 🤣
