  1. When I saw him in 2006 with on the BB King tour. He was using Orange 4x12 cabinets with his Marshall DSL heads. He was doing a sound check right before they open the doors in Shielfield.
  2. If I had the $$, I'd would have tried to get at least one of the amps or guitars that went up for sale as well. Gary sounded like Gary whatever he played through. IN the 2000's he played thru mainly DSL with a few pedals. I had read around his passing there was a Marshall 100 watt, Plexi GM model in the works with build in reverb.
  3. I made that drawing off of a Sustain block I got in the case on Kahler-ized 81 or 82 Special. Another HFC member bought from me. That was in the 2000's. It seems there was quite a bit of variation in the early 80's on these. I have cad on the bridge and saddles if anyone needs it.
  4. Last Version of the Sustain Block. Late 80's/Early 90's version
  5. bump. list has been updated. I am open to trades for Hamer Vanguard/Artist P-90 or 90's Era Phantom.
  6. In 2001 I was in Cancun, and the Hard Rock Cafe had a Hamer Watson on the wall. I wonder what ever happen to that one. Earlier that year I was traveling in Osaka Japan for work and stopped in a guitar shop. There was an Amber Watson in the store that had a repaired headstock. if I'd had not been closing on my house a month later or I would have brought it back home.
  7. The showroom was not that big in the past. When it sold several years back, they expanded the show room. Its total chaos in there on a Saturday. The now defunct Woodwind & Brass wind that was in South Bend Indiana has a large warehouse show room as well. Got a few NOS scratch and dent Hamers there back in the day. Picked up a USA Mahogany Standard for $799, that was 25 years ago too!!
  8. It showed up with the Mini toggle switch busted. They shipped in a SKB case that didn't fit the guitar, and it snapped off the top of the mini toggle. Got a nice chunky neck. GC said they will send me a new switch.
  9. I would best describe a wide flat profile on the Corsa.
  10. PEDALS: Marshall DRP-1 Direct recording pre-amp. This is a mid-90’s era Valvestate pre-amp in a standalone unit. You can use it as a headphone amp. NOTE has some scratchy pots, and the mini toggle can be contrary at time. Priced accordingly and sold AS-IS. $43 shipped lower 48 USA PPFF NOTE: all prices listed are for PayPal Friends and family payments. SHIIPING NOTE: If you are west of the Mississippi add an additional $30 for shipping to the guitars & amps. Shipping is getting out of hand. All sales final. No returns. I have more photos of most items. I am posting limited photos here. Please send me a PM if you have questions. If you want to buy multiple items, we can work out a deal on shipping
  11. that is a great price . someone needs to snag it
  12. Seth Lover, Antiquities, or PRS McCarty would be my advice for anyone wanting the "PAF" sound.
  13. Picked up a 96 Mirage II a few months back at a decent price. Thinking about putting an old set of PRS McCarty pickups in it with the coil split.
  14. check hobby or a fabric store.
  15. I had a transparent yellow/honey finished one year ago. I think it was about $450 no case, had just standard Duncan's and boomers, back when you could find them cheap.
