  1. Very cool guitar. I picked up one of those used at "Mars" music years ago very cheap. Flipped it a year or two later.
  2. SOLD Soldano Astroverb 16, 1 x 12 combo amp. Loaded with Eminence GB12 speaker. Amp works fine with no issues. Can do Fender style cleans to wonderful over driven tones. Tolex has a shiny area up by the handle otherwise amp is very clean. SOLD
  3. If Fender get G&L they will close thr brand. Take the CLF type parts, models, and concepts and market them as "Leo intended" type BS with Fender headstocks. They make do a short term "Last of the G&L's" campaign to milk some more $ out it before they just erase the Brand.
  4. I am looking for a Duotone Custom. The later version with the arched top and F hole. Send me a PM if you know if one for sale.

  8. The electric pickups being swapped is not an issue.
  9. I had my eye out for a Duotone custom now for a while. I have not seen one pop up for sale recently. Anybody have a lead on one? Looking for one that has not been modified or repaired.
  10. I've been using the Dr Z Air Brake & Brake lite for many years. The Air Brake has more options and a bedroom setting with its own control. I have a Boss Waza Tube expander as well. It does fine but I dig the simplicity of the Dr Z.
  11. Wait 6 months and the market will be flooded with used ones.
  12. I recall reading something that he had used a Monaco Subtone on a record back in the 2000's as well.
  13. find a machine shop a base made. have it plated Nickel over a copper flash.
  14. Hamer used Dimarzio pickup mounting rings during that era.
  15. A longtime friend of mine plays in two cover bands switched to a Quilter Cub last year. He has always played Princeton or Deluxe Reverbs. He gets a great sound out of it live and enjoys the lighter weight.
  16. I had a 97 PRS Mccarty Goldtop, it had a flamed mahogany neck as well. Very resonate guitar. I know it sold to someone in Washinton State but have not seen it pop up for sale anywhere again. Hamer wise. it would be that Korina Vector with no pickguard that BTMN owns now.
  17. its an M6 screw. Go to a hardware store and get a few. Grind off the ends if they are too long.
  18. in the early 2000's Musicians friend had that one time for the deal of the day for $149.
  19. Joe is always a class act. If you're having a bad day play some Joe Walsh tunes it will get better.
  20. They used the mic on their phone for talk to text.
