They played over here (Belgium) week - had tickets but something came in between. Scotland has a long tradition of really funky bands. Average White Band, Jess Roden, Frankie Miller - all raised on Single Malt.

A friend played mine - fingerpicking.

Sad story - heard about him on my trips to Austin. Bought some of his albums - and always wondered why he wasn’t big in Europe.

Met him long time ago when he was playing with the Guy Forsyth band. He claims he’s been at my place, but I can’t remember - totally my brain failure - but anyway we met again last year in Minneapolis.

Just watched the Summer of soul movie - his appearance was amazing. And what’s even more amazing that my youngest granddaughter Anais was born on the corner of that same park a fortnight ago. Visting there next week.

I guess so, it's 70069 - I also have 80105 - a early '78. I lost my pics, I'll make new ones.
