Ask locals and buy what they recommend (and don't believe the labels). Beer is another concept in the States than in Europe, but I had some pretty amazing beers from micro breweries.

First one - bought it in 2001 - still have it. I was shopping for a ES335 - couldn't find one I was comfortable with. This was a wallflower in one of the shops I visited. it was hanging there for 5 years... Never heard about the brand before buying it for 1000 €. Has everything - hameritis - pizza fingers and great sound.

Just to avoid buying a new gear, I gave all three of my daughters cash.

I am up - until I find a Newport 90.
