DavidE Posted June 28, 2006 Posted June 28, 2006 I have my eye one something a little older... I'll put this up here for $1100 plus shipping (continental U.S. only) for a short time, and then off to other boards and/or ebay. No trades. Blah blah blah... Insert Bruce919 terms and conditions here. ;-) Yes, the middle pickup is not original. See more detailed photos here: http://s45.photobucket.com/albums/f61/deidelberg/Aceburst/
DavidE Posted June 28, 2006 Author Posted June 28, 2006 Screw it. The thing for sale turned out to be a fraud.I might still sell this or trade for something ultra cool.
Jack C Posted June 28, 2006 Posted June 28, 2006 It's just sad when you can recognize other people's chair molding and cellar doors.I miss Stonge's kitchen table and Jisham's bedspread. Those guys need to sell something.
burningyen Posted June 29, 2006 Posted June 29, 2006 1969 Martin D28. Brazilian Rosewood. I hate you.

burningyen Posted June 29, 2006 Posted June 29, 2006 Ah, my reading comprehension no good. So you're not getting the Martin. I no longer hate you. As much.
santellavision Posted June 29, 2006 Posted June 29, 2006 FYI: Make sure you do some research and check the serial numbers on 1969 Martin's. They changed during that year from the highly sought-after Brazillian Rosewood to other cheaper Rosewood. It happened about mid-year in 1969. I've got a near-mint, Brazillian '66 D-28 that's going to grave with me.
BCR Greg Posted June 29, 2006 Posted June 29, 2006 I can feel the love. No, that's the change in my pocket.
