sirDaniel Posted April 27, 2005 Posted April 27, 2005 OMG, This guitar is basically an ultimate. Hamer would charge at least $5K to make this guitar again. The neck on these guitars is just the perfect size.Of course, there are alot of fine Hamers out there to compete with.
SteveE9C6 Posted April 27, 2005 Posted April 27, 2005 Ok... I'm pretty new at the Hamer game. Which guitar are we talking about? Is it in one of the pics in this thread? Please.... splain it to me;)
BruceM Posted April 27, 2005 Posted April 27, 2005 I think BRUCEM needs one This is very, very tempting to me. SirDan, your 25th Ltd is among the finest, if not THE finest Hamer I've ever had my grubby little mitts on. However, I'm currently on the dole, so I'm carefully monitoring all purchases. I was able to pick up the Standard recently with a sell-2-buy-1 strategy. Hmmm...perhaps that'll work here. What could I let go? Lemme think about it.
tomteriffic Posted April 27, 2005 Posted April 27, 2005 Bruce, it's absolutely you. That really is some kind of fine guitar. I fondled sir Dan's and the MWJ and had intended to plug it in, but the opportunity didn't present itself.Steve, it's any one of the above that looks like a dressed-up Artist with a silver trussrod cover. not to mention the sterling silver binding, which isn't quite so obviousWho's got the green one?
