BCR Greg Posted April 23, 2005 Posted April 23, 2005 The customer that has it on consignment authorized me to drop the price to $499. Cool guitar!
cloakerz Posted April 24, 2005 Posted April 24, 2005 would love to have it but cash is in short supply. Maybe later if still availible.
black magic Posted April 25, 2005 Posted April 25, 2005 That`s a beauty!! Aztec Gold-Regular Heastock and Black Hardware, couldn`t ask for more!! Very nice Sir. Jack.
sw686blue Posted April 25, 2005 Posted April 25, 2005 Why does this geetar have to have a floyd and locking nut ????This would've belonged to me in no time!
BCR Greg Posted April 25, 2005 Author Posted April 25, 2005 It has a Vintage S preamp in it, it kills. To all that have inquired, I cannot take trades. It belongs to someone else, hence the consignment. Now, if someone wanted to trade me a 4 digit or an old Les Paul Junior......
marcus2 Posted April 25, 2005 Posted April 25, 2005 Greg,What does the vintage s preamp accomplish?Marc
Guest cruster Posted April 25, 2005 Posted April 25, 2005 Luverly pic (but it ain't no F-hole<G>). Is the Vintage S preamp factory or aftermarket installed? Just curious...
silentman Posted April 25, 2005 Posted April 25, 2005 Greg,What does the vintage s preamp accomplish?Marc It's an on off switch for active EQ which you can adjust thru mini-trim pots inside the control cavity.
kurtsstuff Posted April 25, 2005 Posted April 25, 2005 Well...Greg....Ya know I'd be all over it but....it got's no EMG's innit...our favorite pickups....hehehe
hamerboy_ Posted April 26, 2005 Posted April 26, 2005 Hey Uncle Greg, is the neck shape similar to a traditional Centaura? -Bobby
nosajwp Posted May 6, 2005 Posted May 6, 2005 Forgive my ignorance, but what is a traditional Centaura neck like? Thick or thin, or just right?Greg, what kind of pickups are in it? How much (if any) damage/wear does it have? OHC?Do anyone have a reverse-head Cent neck laying around? I love the guitar, but to me (I think I'm the only one with this opinion) it looks funny with a regular headstock. Also, anyone on here actually played this one? Impressions? Thanks!
