The R7s are the best LPs going right now (with humbuckers) and that's a really good price.

I've got a three-bolter ASAT just like yours, and it is a KILLER Tele. Somebody should snap this puppy up!

I got it mine in a trade with my brother for an ASAT Special. He's regretted it since.

On the other hand, he won't sell me back the 70 SG Special I sold to him when the market price was 600. DOH!

BEAUTIFUL R7 !!! and the others are nice too! (sorry broke until spring, unless you want to trade for artwork :P)

The Les Paul is a beauty (Stating the obvious once again). Why don't you post some pics of your art? Would be great to see what you do... :P

I have a show going on right now ... will post pics soon, Thanks for the interest !

that "bullet" is cool too ... whats the story on those?

the bullets were made from 81-83, and there are at least 10 versions that i've seen

from what i're read, fender had some excess parts and just made a student model to be rid of them

sweet necks, all types of bodies from ply to 3pc poplar (mine is pop w/ a see thru grain), a myriad of bridges, and Musicmaster/Mustang pups [edited;thanx cmatthes :P ]

i still have 3, but this is too nice to play, ...but plays sweet

it weighs 5 lbs!!!!!!

I think you meant Musicmaster/Mustang pickups instead of Jazzmaster pickups! :P

Fender put those out in the early 80s to fend off cheap Jpns guitars that were of relatively high quality and digging into their market share.

RE; BULLET just found this page >>> http://pubpages.unh.edu/~cjones/BulletMain.html

[taken directly from that link/page]

Quick Overview:

1981-82: Fender introduces a new line of "student" guitars to replace the outgoing Mustangs and Musicmasters

First Versions marketed.

Single cutaway Tele-shaped bodies with Rosewood necks. Headstocks had the Tele-style headstock profile.

2 versions: Bullet Deluxe and Bullet (standard)

The standard Bullet had a metal pickguard-bridge combo with separate saddles. The Deluxe has a plastic pickguard with a separate, traditional type hardtail bridge.

Both had 2 single coil pickups with a 3-way selector switch

Available in red and cream (off-white) only

[there's more if you go to that site i linked]
