jeff beck live at ronnie scott's DVD

got this last week, it's excellent!!

it's the best and most concise collection of beck's music,

w/ one of his best backing bands ever;

vinnie coliauta on drums (zappa, sting),

the amazing playing and delicious looking tal wilkenfeld on bass

(imagine a cute hippy college chick who plays like jaco),

and some guy i'm not familiar with named jason r. on keys (played w/ sting?).

highly recommended.

Wow, that looks super cool! How is the sound/mix on the DVD? I couldn't hear a note Tal played on my crappy laptop speaks- do they give her a decent slice of the sonic pie?

Rocker chicks rocking out rocks, even with wrinkled up old dudes surrounding them.

i've seen everyone from trower and srv to yngwie and dimeola live in concert and he put on the best guitar show ever, a true master and my alltime fave player..................

This is a don't ask any questions, don't think twice about it, just go out and buy it, DVD.

The band is great and you can see that they are really enjoying themselves.

Beck continues to be amazing throughout.

Tal's solo in Cause We've Ended As Lovers is fantastic.

Great stuff from beginning to end.

Bought both the CD and the DVD. I've been listening to the CD as I sleep for the last couple nights. The DVD I have not watched yet. He is just so on his own level. My wife thought I was listening to Indian Music.
