Hfan Posted September 17, 2015 Posted September 17, 2015 What I meant is the nut was worked on and one of the string slots was filed a bit too low. Just needs a tweak. FWIW: Don't let the super glue get on masking paper (don't use it) and then attach to finish (don't ask how I know)..
ARM OF HAMER Posted September 17, 2015 Posted September 17, 2015 Surprised this is still here................I understand over 2K is a lot of $$$ to come up with.............. not everyone has that kind of "DISPOSABLE" income to pony up.This ISN'T my guitar so I can't speak for Barry as to if he has any wiggle room on his current price.............I don't want to speak out of line here. I feel i'm sort of a advocate for these Black Sunbursts as I really just love mine............I gave up a really nice 78 Gibson L-5S to get my last Black 79 when it became available so that says something about how much I value the Hamer guitars I now own.This guitar IS cool as can be...............it does not get much better in my book.

I know it is getting a lot of love in Europe....right Rich? LOL I'm glad Barry is only 1 transit day away via FEDEX....when I ran the shipping slip on my account and it said transit time...1 day....I was like....
