Original except for tuners swapped for black "Hamer" tuners w/originals included, and new frets/bone nut put in just before I got it. Edit to add: Black sustain block Cosmetic finish checking and dings and finish cracks (not neck repair) by headstock. There was one area on the front and one on the back where some of the white finish had flaked off. I secured those areas but didn't like the look on the back in case you are wondering what is up with the waterslide decal over the buckle-rash area. More pics available. Probably one of the coolest things I've ever owned.
