It's cool, but not nearly 10 lbs cool to me.  It says on the site that the original pickups were replaced with Seymour Duncans.  Didn't they come with Duncans?

It also says the radius is 12” and they gave a 7 digit serial number.  Knowledge is lacking

Lightweight isn't always mandatory for good tone. Sure, I like lighter guitars for the comfort factor, but I've had a few that were 10ish and they sounded killer.

For me, it didn't used to be an issue.  Sometimes it's fine, but sometimes it kills my back.

I agree - I've played good-sounding guitars at different weights, but if I didn't love something, Lightweight guitars tended to sell faster for me.  Similar to having a nice top, doesn't matter for sound, but they move.

This is a cool one for those into the black-on-black.
