I bought it, never seen one,didn't know the existed but had to have it.I also bought one of the newports they had.

I have a peak esr tester. It doesn't work on small caps. It's excellent on electrolytic, which I think is what it was meant for. I also have a BK precision 810C. I really like that one it measures the tiniest caps other just float open on. So Unless you need the ESR read out the BK 810 C is a nice older unit!

Yeah, he's really the "father of the superstrat", or at least an uncle. Even though I think he sold the company to Grover Jackson in 1978 after bankruptcy, he'd already changed the landscape.
