  1. Well man, great stuff! I love the tone and your playing. Ok, you did screw it a couple of times, but there are a lot of brilliant moments to compensate for those small flaws. Thanks for sharing!
  2. +1. Pics, please!
  3. Any pics of any of those? BTW, what about a Blitz with no trem and a six-in-line headstock?
  4. Cool stuff! Thanks! I'll read it carefully...
  5. Can someone here put the features of the Blitz and the Explorer on a side-to-side comparison? Also, are there any Blitzes with no tremolo system? -- BTW, some Blitz porn will be very welcome!
  6. Gosh! I guess I can still get VERY excited about beauty, even if those aren't my kind of guitar.
  7. Yep. Gone. ...and I wanted to see it so hard! :,(
  8. Just watched the entire set of pictures of that guitar, and man... I think white is sooo wrong! But well, it's Glenn's, not mine's.
  9. Went to listen to you guys here: http://cdbaby.com/cd/zendozer Even on record SG is pitchy, so it might actually be a great thing if he left. Did you already place any ads around looking for two new members?
  10. Three of a perfect pair: A great pair too:
  11. Unless they're different from somebody else's!! :D :D Ok, here it goes: grunge sucks, prog metal sucks, power metal sucks, hair metal sucks, nu metal sucks, death and grindcore suck, shred sucks and only thrash rules!!!!
  12. I never liked "Empire". But of course, I do like some (other) lame music. We all have our "guilty pleasures", though liking it or not doesn't change anything about the "lameness" of the thing itself. In any case, it's all about "our personal tastes", right?
  13. Just "the last few releases"? I would rather say their first few releases made of them a great band. After O:MC I just can't think of anything really exciting about them -- "Empire" could have been exciting to them given all the copie$ they $old, but to me it was the lamest album ever!
  14. Welcome! This is part of my arsenal:
  15. +3, and, coincidentally, I have one for sale! Ah yeah!? I might be interested. Can you please PM me the details?
  16. Hello guys, I remember from some ads in guitar magazines that there was a combo amp which could host a POD or a V-Amp, so you could use your modeler as if it was an actual amp. Can anybody please tell me what it was, the brand and so on? TIA!
  17. So, Brad Gillis wanted to include Hamer in the article, but the story is long... Ok Peter, I think I'm willing to listen to it anyway! BTW, that Vee is too pointy for my tastes but it is cool as hell. Great stuff!
  18. Happy Father's Day to me and all the fathers around!
  19. Man, I wish you the best luck in the world. Positive vibes from here to there, and please, keep us posted -- I know we all wish the best for you.
  20. Any story about the origin of the name "Centaura"?
  21. So, almost every name is car-related, right? Chaparral, Diablo, Vector, Daytona, Talladega, Monaco... WOW! Keep'em coming, please!
  22. Ok, some of them seem quite evident to me. For example, "Vector" refers to the V-shape and at the same time is a "rock-and-metal-friendly" name. I wonder however who had the idea of that name. Jol? Other names, such as "Duotone", are more than obvious... On the other hand, I don't know why the "Californian" has that name. "Chaparral" is also a weird name -- what is it supposed to mean? Also, I know "Diablo" means "Devil" in Spanish, but I don't think that guitar deserves such an evil name... and so on. Any Hamer qualified historian around to tell us who named each guitar and why? Edited to add: And what about the name "Centaura"? How can that make any sense at all?
  23. ...or you're maybe lefty?
