@Bennyboy-UK : I hope you find the ‘90’s sunburst archtop of your dreams and don’t mean to undermine your thread, but your mention of Scotti Hill reminded me of two custom Hamers that Guitar Center in the East Bay (Bay Area) had back around ‘89: IIRC they were loosely Firebird shaped, but bigger and longer, more angular, both blue, with I believe Floyds, and both with ‘Scotti Hill’ on the peghead. The replacement bodies also have that big hole next to the pickup routes, unsure if the assembled bodies do, perhaps the presence or absence of paint in the routs is a ‘tell’ for a replacement body?
