Good customer service when there is a problem is important to keep a brand alive. When I get Fkd by a company, I just choose not to pay for their product anymore as long as there's other options available.

I finally watched it yesterday with a close friend who asked me to wait till we could watch it together. I think it was well done, far from perfect but the story carried along well. The cameo's were there, Sirs Elton and Paul were perfect. It was sad to see Rob, knowing what was ahead for him. RIP I'll watch it again.

Blue Country Heart is such a good disc. I saw Jorma play it almost entirely opening for Phil Lesh and friends and he finished the opening set, and I walked to the concession stand and bought the cd on the spot. It's often on rotation in my car..

Great story, my 1st guitar teacher passed a few years back. in my 30s i purchased a customized thinline tele from his shop, he remembered me, and 10 years after that stopping in for a set up, he let me know the original owned wanted the thinline back, would I sell it. No way... my 2nd guitar teacher had pointed me to the thinline tele, and I see him every few months to swap stories. He wants the thinline too..
