Back in the day I used to run 2 Soldano 4x12's with my Hot Rod 50 head and another Soldano 4x12 with a Marshall power amp. I'm still not sure why.

Those Jackson bolt ons are killer. They will stay in tune for ever!!!!!!!

This will be very hard for me to recover from.

I recently ran into the same problem on my Jackson Soloist. The G and the B string baseplate holes were stripped. I tried putting new screws in but it didn't work. My local music shop called all around and couldn't help until I suggested that they call Jackson. Luckily they said that they had one left and sent it out. I think it sucks that they used such low quality parts on there high end guitars. Anyway, I would contact Hamer first and see if they have anything available. Good Luck!

I did some rehearsals with one of the newer ones and buried the entire band including the bass player complete with 70's Ampeg SVT. Sound great and the loudest amp I ever heard!

As long as we have the money my wife doesn't care. I also use money from selling gear which I usaullly profit on.

I have a keeley modded TS-9 and love for both my Soldano and my Fender. I tried alot of other od but this one kills!

I just saw this post and had to laugh. I just got done telling my wife I think my Cali needs new pickups She said I should because I have bad tone. What a ball buster. I think I may have spent more money on pickups than guitars!

I think that it would be great to see a USA Californian line. Why does that guitar have to be considered a shred guitar. There are plenty of company's making high end model guitars with floyd's(Suhr/Tom Anderson). Make them with maple tops, sunburst, neck thru, just make them. I use my Californian for every band I work with, lessons, and studio stuff. It's a great guitar period. You don't want to make them in hot pink don't! I would like some options instead of having to buy second hand all the time. I talked to Hamer once about getting a Californian made in 2004 and they acted like it would be to much money to make one. Like I can't afford it or it wouldn't be worth their time. I don't "shred" on my Californian that's what my Jackson is for.
