BCR Greg Posted May 1, 2005 Posted May 1, 2005 Poe is a good bud of mine, but selling that Vector officially makes him an ASSHOLE!!! HAHAHAHAAAA!Love that Vector, man, that one is SPECIAL.
atquinn Posted May 2, 2005 Posted May 2, 2005 One of these things is not like the others One of these things is not the same One of these things is not like the others Now it's time to play our game -Austin BTW, Nice collection!
Travis Posted May 2, 2005 Posted May 2, 2005 Yeah, you need to get rid of that ugly ass Sunburst in favor of another Korina piece. I can help you dispose of it if you like. J/K man, those are some great axes you've got there.
kizanski Posted May 2, 2005 Posted May 2, 2005 Cool! Poe's V is in New Jersey! It's getting closer and closer to my house!
MCChris Posted May 2, 2005 Posted May 2, 2005 The gold hardware on the Vector keeps that from being a perfect trio.
jerseydrew Posted May 2, 2005 Author Posted May 2, 2005 Cool! Poe's V is in New Jersey! It's getting closer and closer to my house! How can everyone tell that it was Poe's V? I never told anyone. Surely there are tons of Vectors out there
kizanski Posted May 2, 2005 Posted May 2, 2005 Cool! Poe's V is in New Jersey! It's getting closer and closer to my house! How can everyone tell that it was Poe's V? I never told anyone. Surely there are tons of Vectors out there The first (of two V's) with Victory inlays. Also, the tort guard. The other is the Uber Vector on BCR's wall.I logged a few hours on that guitar (and wired in the pickups), so I recognized it pretty easily. You got yourself a winner there, Drew. Enjoy!
MCChris Posted May 2, 2005 Posted May 2, 2005 I logged a few hours on that guitar (and wired in the pickups) That crashing sound you just heard was the value of that Vector dropping by about 40%.

I must say the this IS the finest V I have ever played. I've had a few before. Some Gibby's and a vintage 81 Dean, but this one's the best. The neck is on the fat size which I love.
clmazza Posted May 2, 2005 Posted May 2, 2005 That V with victory inlays is SWEET! I prefer a beefy neck as well.... never thought I would until I bought my 68 LP Custom! Now I find myself sniffing them out!
jerseydrew Posted May 2, 2005 Author Posted May 2, 2005 JD has real good taste, ~gregc Thanks Greg. One day I'd like to re-buy the Standard Custom I sold you
