seeker Posted May 1, 2007 Posted May 1, 2007 Ebay CaliNice. Quite unique. Any others besides Vernon Reid's?
Rechts Posted May 1, 2007 Posted May 1, 2007 That is kickass.Reverese head, too.Gatorbyte is a member of this board, let's see if he checks in.Looks like everyone is trying to cash in on "Cali-Madness" lately.
ZR Posted May 2, 2007 Posted May 2, 2007 Easy enough to swap out to black. Even if you bought the stuff new it's a small price to pay after shelling out thousands on the guitar. I thought it would look cooler if the boomers turned a little on each each one like falling dominoes. That was cool when Hamer did so many varieties of different finishes, inlays etc.
BCR Greg Posted May 2, 2007 Posted May 2, 2007 That guitar is cool as hell.I'd do chrome hardware instead of the gold.
atquinn Posted May 2, 2007 Posted May 2, 2007 Looks like everyone is trying to cash in on "Cali-Madness" lately.I don't think he's cashing in exactly. Rather, I think he's trying to raise funds for a certain spider cali. Anyway, the one he's selling is a beaut!-Austin
gatorbyte007 Posted May 2, 2007 Posted May 2, 2007 Hey Guys, Thanks for the kind comments, I Hate to sell this one, It is beautiful, but I have my eye on another Guitar for sure. We will see what happens, Every few years a guitar pops up and it changes a lot of people collections. I have a feeling were going to see some real nice guitars up for sale soon. I buy alot of guitars but have sold only a couple, it just kills me to do so. as for the hardware I'm not really into Gold but I did'nt want to change it. looking at my spare hardware I think most is gold. o well. Also If a Member buys this guitar I'll ship for free. Thanks Steve.
RacerX Posted May 2, 2007 Posted May 2, 2007 What a cool guitar...hopefully it will end up in someone's collection here. But 9 bids and it's up to $53??? Why do people waste time on tiny bids that are nowhere near what an item will sell for? The rush of seeing your bidder id on top? at $53? What a joke. That's about right for the shipping. Some people have waaaaay to much time on their hands. Mark.
hamerhead Posted May 2, 2007 Posted May 2, 2007 Tumbling Boomers are my all-time favorite inlay. Awesome.
