They are possibly too bright for a solid maple guitar, but work great in everything that we have put them in so far...solid Korina, maple/mahogany, solid mahogany, swamp ash/maple neck.Anyone that is not blown away may return them for a full refund.US Masters is going to be offering them as a factory upgrade.I have been approached by a couple of other companies as well. We'll see.
