No one would bid on his stuff, except me.For me, it's the principal of the thing. And it's not smart to sh*t where you sometimes sleep.I'm not selling anything, and I've got nothing to win or lose if anyone buys his stuff... or not. I just want people to know he's screwed people around on the HFC so they can make a judgement if they want to buy from him. The guitars he's selling might be 100% perfect, I cannot comment. I just know he's screwed me and others around, and I think people should know who the bad traders are.

I'm taking the worst case scenario here.Duties = $0 since the guitar is made in the USA...thank you very much NAFTA.Taxes = 15% (provincial & federal sales tax) of $410 CAD = $61 CAD.So, let me get this straight Scarabaeus. Armitage gave you negative feedback and is calling you a scammer/liar because you didn't want to fudge the price of the guitar for customs...all this so that he could save $61???? Dude, have you seen his collection of guitars? Very hard to believe that he did all this to save a measely $60 bucks.Since you didn't answer my question concerning price, let's see if you'll answer this one. What condition was the guitar in that you shipped to Armitage? Simple enough to answer, no?

I saw his auction before this thread started. Looked to me like he was trying to get out of paying the fees for holding multiple auctions. "Winner" could have had one helluva time resolving issues with one like this, had there been any.

Nothing about a sale set up the way Scarabaeus has this set up speaks of integrity. He is either trying to scam Ebay or the buyer. If the seller is willing to pull tricks against ebay then he would be just as willing to scam the buyer. Some nice stuff for sale but the auction itself does not pass go and certainly won't collect my $200. edited to add. hmmm. looks like it's been pulled again.
