Hamerphite Posted May 3, 2010 Posted May 3, 2010 Are you talking about the Captain Hook shirt, or the guitar The surface is smooth as glass with the texture milled into it and then a clearcoat(the same stuff Mercedes uses on their alloy wheels!) is applied. In the stage lights, it looks like it's alive.
BubbaVO Posted May 3, 2010 Posted May 3, 2010 I love the look of that guitar. It's mesmerizing. I wonder if they have a plan for a set humbuckers in that body. I wish these liquid metal guys all the success in the world. You wonder how many who have built better mousetraps were never discovered by the public at large.
BCR Greg Posted May 3, 2010 Author Posted May 3, 2010 You can have whatever you want in that guitar, since they are made one at a time.I am thinking that a three humbucker Tele sounds cool.......

jisham Posted May 3, 2010 Posted May 3, 2010 I want one eventually. Love the guitar and I like the vibe of guy who makes 'em a lot.
bubs_42 Posted May 4, 2010 Posted May 4, 2010 I checked out the tones on their website that just amazing.
veatch Posted May 4, 2010 Posted May 4, 2010 I got to play the shiny Tele on my last pilgrimage to BCR. It made me smile. So many cool guitars, so little money...
Pieman Posted May 4, 2010 Posted May 4, 2010 Cool guitar. That picture of the innards causes me to ask: do metal-bodied guitars pose any extra risk of electrocution? Sorry, to be a downer. I just have my products liability specs on.
BCR Greg Posted May 4, 2010 Author Posted May 4, 2010 I haven't heard of anyone getting shocked in 20+ years, regardless of the guitar.
