Looking to add another repair tech to the BCR staff

BCR Greg

Question

Posted

Too much work, too little time.

We are looking for a QUALIFIED repair tech to do basic to intermediate repairs(setups to refrets and parts swapping), must have references and photographic or physical proof of abilities. As part of the staff, I will train for heavy repairs once trust is established. The pay is good, the perks awesome and the experience a blast. We are a family run business, and all staff are part of the family.

Please, no wishful thinkers; I do not have the time to deal with those not interested in commitment. The area is easy to live in, rent is low, choices vast. We are right by Harrisburg-the state capital, so there is a whole lot going on here, and all major highways converge on Harrisburg.

Send resumes to greg at bcrmusic dot com or fax them to 717.730.9781.

It's nice to hear someone creates jobs these days.

That is very cool. Congrats on your success and good luck in your search.

I wish I was qualified but I'm barely qualified to restring a guitar.

I would love this gig and learn from one of the best!! but...alas...I'm too far away

Teach me how to do a fret job & I'll take it.

Seriously though, it would be a blast to work there if I could.

If only I were younger, single and more talented.

Can you wait 15 years until I'm "retired"?

Good luck , Greg. It's a great opportunity for someone to learn from the best.

If I lived close enough, I'd do it for FREE! I've often thought about asking my guitar tech if I could help out at his shop gratis just to learn more about setting up/repairing/restoring guitars.
