formula73 Posted March 13, 2005 Posted March 13, 2005 Somebody snap this up! My V/Floyd deficiency is irreversably being solved(read: no $$$) but I'd hate to see this thing disappear. It should stay in the family, right?http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...7307638095&rd=1
formula73 Posted March 13, 2005 Author Posted March 13, 2005 I'll be damned if I don't just love my avatar.
kurtsstuff Posted March 13, 2005 Posted March 13, 2005 What??,,,did Randy Rhodes and Michael Schenker collide and that guitar was the result?? lol;)...

Mobster Posted March 13, 2005 Posted March 13, 2005 That guitar is pictured in the 1989 Hamer video, in the paint booth.I was actually talking to Serial about this exact guitar just a few weeks ago, and telling him how much I would dig it....
edgar_allan_poe Posted March 13, 2005 Posted March 13, 2005 I have done business with Neddi...good guy. Deal with confidence...
foodermon Posted March 13, 2005 Posted March 13, 2005 man that's pretty sweet! someone here needs to grab that!
shred dog Posted March 13, 2005 Posted March 13, 2005 COOL ASS GUITAR! i have seen this one on ebay before i think last year
Hamer95USA Posted March 13, 2005 Posted March 13, 2005 Hey everybody, That's a great Vector guitar. I have to agree with Kurtsstuff that it looks like Randy Rhoads polk dotted Sandoval Flying V guitar and Michael Schenker's custom painted Gibson Flying V guitar crossed together. Not my favorite paint job for this guitar. I just wish it was the K.K. Vector that was on sale on E-bay in December 2004. I would consider bidding on it now. Guitar George
neddistanz Posted March 14, 2005 Posted March 14, 2005 well its time for my baby to find a new home- i love to look at the guitar but i dont play it anymore because of the neck dimensions- i really need the cash and i hope whoever ends up with this guitar will enjoy it as much as i did for the last 16 years- i would love to see one of you guys get it because i know how much you all love hamers and i know it would be well cared for- thanx for the kind words guys- big neddi
formula73 Posted March 14, 2005 Author Posted March 14, 2005 I'm flipping the f*** out! How about an extended layaway? Credit? I can't let some anonymous schmo on ebay get it and screw it up. That would be wrong. Wrong like my old avatar.
wyldbil Posted March 14, 2005 Posted March 14, 2005 DAY-UM! Wish I had any kind of prospect twoards having the $$$ to pick that one up. It's killing me to even think about it! That Rhoads/Schenker trainwreck would be the ultimate wyldbil guitar for sure, but alas, ain't gonna happen.
zorrow Posted March 14, 2005 Posted March 14, 2005 I love Flying-V's but that painting looks kind of too cheesy for me. I agree that it would be a nice collector's piece, but I think I'll leave it for someone else -- a cheaper korean import Vector Flametop would make me happier, I guess. :-S
