diablo175 Posted November 1, 2012 Posted November 1, 2012 At the dojo where I teach and study, we throw a Halloween party every year. This year's costume theme was decreed to be: Zombie hair metal band members. Anyone else dress up for Halloween this year?
Hamer Bass Head Posted November 1, 2012 Posted November 1, 2012 I dressed Saturday night as a, err, shall we say eccentric Co-worker...everyone who knows him was hysterically laughing....he was asking why I was dressed like that and acting strange.

veatch Posted November 1, 2012 Posted November 1, 2012 Nah - i'm too cheap to dress up. I like making costumes for the kids, though. Chicken wire, paper machete, and foam are staples this time of year. Saw this one on CNN - made me laugh, and then wonder if i could make something like this for my son....

diablo175 Posted November 1, 2012 Author Posted November 1, 2012 [ A question; Minus the wig, is this really much of a stretch? The snakeskin pants certainly were a stretch both literally and figuratively. I owned everything but the belt and pants. Just never wore them together.
Steve Haynie Posted November 1, 2012 Posted November 1, 2012 I claimed to be dressed for Halloween. When asked what I was supposed to be my reply was that I was dressed like a redneck. It was a convincing outfit. In fact it was so good I am wearing another redneck costume today... and tomorrow... and this weekend... all through November, actually.

Tres Aardvarks Posted November 1, 2012 Posted November 1, 2012 Matt picked the costume this year. He wanted to be Grommit (from Wllace & Grommit: Curse of the Were-Rabbit) flying the plane in the last scene. Beth made his costume (but not the airplane, we bought that)
