VECTOR Posted February 9, 2023 Posted February 9, 2023 Wow, beautiful flamed top and set neck! That's a stunner for a good price imho. Thanks for sharing.
Dave Scepter Posted February 9, 2023 Posted February 9, 2023 Wow, that price sure makes it tempting 👍
alextazy Posted February 9, 2023 Author Posted February 9, 2023 yep, extremely tempting, not my type of guitar but it's so sexy...
Jon C Posted February 9, 2023 Posted February 9, 2023 I have never seen a Chap with that combination of features....glued neck, glued top, OBL's, tone (?) pot, gold hardware. Custom order for sure. I'd pay them $100 to play it for an hour.
Victor (Fret Friend) Posted February 9, 2023 Posted February 9, 2023 That flame maple top was added when the guitar was stripped for new lacquer. Top is not Hamer original...

ARM OF HAMER Posted February 10, 2023 Posted February 10, 2023 Not something I would own at this point in my life but what a beauty, that guitar looks amazing. That top is really over the top! Looks like the refinish and retop was very well done least wise from the photos provided. But then there is the question of value now that the guitar has been refinished and has been modified and the guitar is no longer an original Hamer version of what it once was. From the looks alone it is hard to look at this as a "Players Grade" guitar but that IS what it is.
