I started on communicating on BBS's way back in early 90's. I started by renting a 300 baud modem from our local amiga club. I bought a 300 baud modem to download "stuff" from amiga bbs boards, then moved up to a 1200 baud, finally bought a 2400 baud modem and thought I was in high speed heaven. Anonymity was really valued then so as we started to talk on some of the first boards we made up names. I was really into math at the time. Taking Calculus, set theory, logic and other fun college classes so I was the mathman.

I'm a huge T Heads fan and prefer the original version but really like what Living Colour did with their cover. Two of my favorite covers of all time do NOT surpass the originals (which I think would be impossible ) but the bands really do make it their own, which is the way it should be. Satisfaction - DEVO (stick around for the noise-fest at the end, awesomely WOV)OK, back to the original point of the thread - covers I think ARE better than the original ... and I know I'll probably get ripped for this one but - Working Class Hero I've always liked when a band can rock a cover that wasn't so heavy rock before. Not always easy to do.

Talking Heads were one of my favorite bands in the 80's but this remake by Living Colour is great. The original by the Talking Heads.

Hearing the car horn blare intro of Running with the Devil was amazing. Changed the life of my friends and I. edited to add. Playing it loud through this.

I really liked most of the White Stripes. Never liked his piecing modulated/synthesizzed lead sound on some songs, but the basic riffs and songs I did me enjoy.

Sounds great. While I was playing it my daughter starts singing along with the chorus!

One major problem was dirty input jacks. Some people carry the iphone in their pocket but rarely put the headphone/mic plug in and the jack gets dirty. I use it on an ipod touch and it works great. I don't have an iphone so I can't compare. Support answer ------------------------------- Do you have one Apple white iPhone headset (with MIC) handy? (it comes with the iPhone). Pls check if by using that you can hear your voice through the amps and fxs. If NOT this means the problem is on the iPhone headset connector, it may be dirty or defective.

Mine is not at all unique or special but I love this bass so I'll tell. Me and the guys I played with are all cheap trick fans. I desperately wanted a 12 string bass but didn't have the cash. We were cruising in Fort Walton beach and stopped in a music store that had a used Cruise bass for sale for $450. Rushed home to raid the cash jar and went back and bought it. Still have it to this day.

I bought it from the online store of Ikmultimedia. Ik store They are at guitar center now. They should be at a few other stores. I think even at Target.

I love my irig. I've been meaning to post a video to youtube but just can't get around to it. The new amplitube for ipod sounds pretty good and has some nice features.
