Custom Truss Rod Covers?

I know I've asked this at least once a year for the last 20 years but it doesn't come up in a search, so:

Where do you all get your custom truss rod covers (Les Paul) done? 

I swear I'll never ask again.

Look in your area to see if any trophy shops that have an engraving machine. They may be able to engrave one for you for a few $.

Follow-up:

Dave (Frets on the Net) was great. I wanted to honor my Mom (Rosalind) for co-signing the loan that got my LP way back in '78, and sent Dave an idea:

He apologized for not being able to do that exact thing but did this instead:

I should probably throw it in a cup of coffee overnight - it's really white against that old guitar! But he did a great job and I'd use him again in a heartbeat (when I need the 'Dumbass' one).
