Parts For Sale!

I've got literally hundreds of original Hamer parts, as well as other brands of pickups. Want to raise some cash to finish up a project that I'm dying to finish up.

-Original 80s Hamer and Dimarzio pots from 80-85 Sunbursts, Specials, Phantoms, Protos... Wow-these went fast. I've got a couple '85s left and maybe a few odd ones here and there)

-Prototype guard cut for single coil a'la Proto II edited to add that it's white and might actually be a Proto II guard, the pickup cavity is just slightly enlarged from the stock one I have.

-Several aluminum backplates for different models (not parting with any of the Sunburst/Special/Standard ones or SS/Scepter trem plate covers-sorry!)

-added a couple Sunburst/Special cavity shields from 79-82

-82-86 Hamer Slammer pickups

-a RARE sustain block tremolo (this one's been tapped for a Floyd bar-a common upgrade-the original arms suck!)

-tuners of all sorts, some Hamer branded, some Schaller-all from Hamers

-Floyd Rose LP mounts (2-1 with all springs, the other missing some-use for parts!)

-Hamer NOS bass case for Duo 12 (will fit B08s, B12s, just a little deeper)

-a like new set of Bartolini J-Bass pickups w/box-warranty papers, etc (I decided to go passive instead) (SOLD!)

-a set of original early 80s Schecter Superrock pickups w/rings Chrome-no poles showing-like the old PTs)

-a set of barely used Peter Florence Voodoo '59s (Alnico 3 neck/Alnico 5 bridge)

-added an original four digit 8 string bass bridge (no saddles) base

Let me know what you need and I'll see what I've got! Some of these will end up on fleabay if no one here needs 'em.

Cali trem cover by any chance?

Also looking for a set of black 6 in line Hamer branded tuners in new or close to new condition.

Would that bass case fit a Les Paul bass? And tell me about those Schecter p'ups. I'd like to find some nice zebra p'ups.

I would imagine that it would, but I don't have a LP bass to compare-if the body is similar to a LP guitar, it should easily fit.

The Schecters are the solid chrome covered ones that were THE hot pickups in 1982. Like the ones in the original PT models, but chrome rather than black (they used the chrome ones in the red or blue PTs IIRC).

Just added a set of Peter Florance Voodoo '59s (black coils IIRC).

The bottom pic is what I have. There's a block that the springs attach to that a Floyd unit base screws onto instead of the standard Floyd block. I don't know that much more about them, they're pretty rare-the Floyd Rose page (where I got this pic) has a little (not much) more info on 'em. The last time I saw one sell on eBay, the whole unit went for $450.00.

Those Floyd things are perfect for the Neal Schon mod...

Tell me about the Bartolini J's. You went passive?!? Do these pups come with a pre-amp, or are they direct replacement pups? Are they spec-ed for an active pre? Are they drop in for most jazz configurations? If they are designed with an active pre in mind... is it (the pre) still available.

In other words.... Can I put them in a cruise 2 without any trouble? It's passive, and I'm actually after a softer sound I can crank when needed.

Are they for a 4 string?

Do they require electricity?

Can I have them for half a Twenty?

Edit to add... I'll be in Cincy over the weekend... I'll check my mail there!

Are ya gonna even let me know?

E me at ..... butch_gizmo_68atyahoo.com

Thanks!, DeWayne

I've been in training all day (and will be for the next few days), so computer access is limited, but I'll get back to everyone.

For now, a bunch of the Slammers are spoken for as are all of the pots (I think). The NOS gold Hamer Floyd is gone and the Barts appear to be on hold. Will update as soon as I can! Thanks to everyone who has emailed/PMed or posted!

Saxman Jack-I don't have any T-51 parts, but I do have a never installed Wilky bridge that I think has the same saddles. I might be able to let that one go as I have options for my Tele project.

can ya let anyone know. I'm ready to give a bass (old cruise) for the pups. Do ya know if it's best with a pre-amp? What is the price... BTW. I don't think I was first.... It doesn't really matter. What do YOU need out of the pups. I'm heading to CINCY. Dave Concepcion's # (13) is being retired Sat. Night. Do ya want cash or trade? Let my drunken ass know if you wanna sell or trade.

BTW, I was the first that asked about the Bartolinis, on the forum. Do what ya gotta do.

Give me a price and an address!

Steve is on the road for the next few days, so I'll try to respond where/when possible (very limited internet access).

Updated to show that the Bartolinis have been sold.
