I have way too many basses now, and as cool as it is, it doesn't get the love it deserves.

1992 FBIV

Color: tobacco sunburst

Inlay: Dot/ebony

Comments:

black hardware EMGs owned by Johnny Crypt of LA Guns originally made for Blackfoot

I changed to "E" tuner to a Hipshot D-tuner, I'll check my parts drawers and include it.

Other than the scratch on the headstock between the A and D tuner (see pic) it's in very good condition and it roars.

$2500 Postal Money Order plus actual shipping.

That is one of my 2 favorite Hamer basses that I've ever played.

I was sure that one wasn't going to leave ya, BB!

Btw - which goes for more $$, left or right kidneys?

Do we really need kidneys?

For that bass I could hold it I think....

That bass caused me to spend 15 hours on the phone with UPS when it was lost a bunch of years ago.

It RULES.

If I were still gigging on bass, I'd hit it without batting an eyelash.

What EL said. The sad thing is that this bass plays and sounds better than it looks.

A GREAT bass-one of the best. I had it before BB and it was awesome. UPS "lost" it and yes, BCR Greg spent many hours tracking it down (I think it was in St.Louis for a month on its way to NY from PA).

Nice bass. As always my financial situation does not permit even thinking about a purchase. One thing I noticed looking at the pics and I have seen that on other Hamer basses too: the bridge is placed obliquely. You should think that this shouldn't happen at a company like Hamer.

I had a FB guitar with that same finish. Killer looking bass!

The Dave B. FB, isn't it special!!!! Reverse headstock with pearloid tuner keys, gold hardware and one screaming pickup. He has the best taste in guitars!!!

BillyBob, nice bass, sorry to see you are parting with it!!!

I very well remember that one hanging at Sam Moss' shop in Winston in the late-ish '80s along with some other cool custom Hamers!
