You might get lucky but should be prepared for the possibility of customs duties and/or sales taxes being added. I am not sure but think the "no import fees" is intended to apply if it is a return and doesn't necessarily have anything to do with where it was made. I got a Special from Germany earlier this year via Reverb and Reverb added my local sales tax to the purchase price but it made it through customs without any additional duty though.
