RobB Posted August 18, 2023 Posted August 18, 2023 At least the cover of, “Lovedrive”, had models that were legal tender. I had Uli Roth sign a DualPack “Virgin Killer/Taken By Force” after his set. He flipped through the liner notes, stopped at the, “VK”, cover. He had the most mortified look on his face, sighed and said: “Ah, well. We were young and stupid then…”

I was a total Scorpions nut in the Eighties. Interesting. I had three of those LPs (guess which ones), and all four were readily available in import sections of record shops where I grew up. Why TF was, “Lonesome Crow”, considered inappropriate? How is that benign, SCI-FI picture bad in any way?

Willie G. Moseley Posted August 19, 2023 Posted August 19, 2023 Blind Faith's cover with Ginger Baker's daughter was around but sealed in dark material that was impenetrable
Submariner85 Posted August 24, 2023 Posted August 24, 2023 Behemoth Evangelion or any Cattle Decapitation album
