Disturber Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 Looks like a Hamer? Hard to see 100%. Those bridges looks like sustainblocks, or.....? Who is this guy? Never heard of him. Local celeb in the UK? edit, found a pic here. Does not look like a Hamer. Some weird copy? He is stealing Rick Nielsens thunder. What a douche.
motorpriest Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 That´s Hutchins the Beast. And Bill Bailey, English comedian.
RichRS6 Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 Bill's a very funny chap and not a bad guitarist either.
hanspanzer Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 Saw Bill Bailey`s recent show when he was visiting Norway. My jaws hurted the next couple of days. What a laugh!
Jem Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 He is stealing Rick Nielsens thunder. What a douche. Not over here he isn't, i haven't heard anybody mention Cheap Trick over here in print, on the radio or on the TV since Live @ Budokan 35 years ago LoL

What a douche. Not over here he isn't, i haven't heard anybody mention Cheap Trick over here in print, on the radio or on the TV since Live @ Budokan 35 years ago LoLI honestly haven't heard anyone mention Cheap Trick out side this club in a couple decades.
SouthpawGuy Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 Bill Bailey takes the pi$$ out of everyone, doesn't take himself too seriously either.I'm in Ireland, and I haven't heard Cheap Trick mentioned since the '70s. Over here really only a Hamer fan would get the first clip.
hamerhead Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 There's only one thing left to do, America: 7 neck.Bill Bailey is a riot.
Steve Haynie Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 Oddly, the original plan to make Cheap Trick big in the USA was to make them appear as if they were big in the UK.
hamerhead Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 Well that's a better plan than playing the Stone Hearth every other Friday night.
polara Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 Bill Bailey's a national treasure. And more famous than Cheap Trick, though for entirely different reasons. He can sell out Royal Albert Hall, unlike the boys from Rockford (as much as I love them.) Sadly NBC has removed The Remarkable Guide to the Orchestra fro YouTube in its full form, but here's a sample.
Hbom Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 I honestly haven't heard anyone mention Cheap Trick out side this club in a couple decades. I HONESTLY see Cheap Trick on AXS TV about every other week.
Armitage Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 If anyone cares, that six neck guitar is a Hutcin's
serial Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 I honestly haven't heard anyone mention Cheap Trick out side this club in a couple decades. I HONESTLY see Cheap Trick on AXS TV about every other week.Seriously. Cheap Trick is getting more play now than they have since 1997 with no small thanks to Grohl's stuff. Their shows are very well attended too.
Hbom Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 Seriously. Cheap Trick is getting more play now than they have since 1997 with no small thanks to Grohl's stuff. Their shows are very well attended too.Do you suppose it's because they want us to want them?
