I'm gonna do like Duncans........Its the only time of year that my Dad, both brothers and myself all get together. We get up at 5am, dress up in orange costumes, climb trees with loaded guns, then get back to drink cheap beer and blackberry brandy and play poker all nite.....I can't wait.

Just dug this out of storage to load the new wah and compressor...... Top row + wah goes to the front of the Knucklehead or R55. Bottom row is the loop. Crappy pic but you get the idea. I looked forever trying to find a board for a left-footed freak like me but eventually just built this myself. I should probably break out the George L's....hell, I've got a bunch of ends & cable. Just too lazy, I guess. I think 5 of these pedals came from HFC'ers !!!!! WooHOOOO!!!

Hee Heee...so much of the "guitarist's music" is missing the best part about music. Jet fast runs and arpeggio's blew me away for a year or so.....so did guys who could try to "make their guitar talk" (and I don't mean Frampton..he DID IT ) . That new effect box...and a new amp that had even MORE gain.....wait, SEVEN STRINGS, BABY!!!! None of that compares to falling into a deep groove with a really tight drummer and bassist. That's when the real fun begins. I always wanted to be drummer anyways.....

No sh*t! Ok, revenge is sweet: Anything KISS. Too many Ace fans around, so I did give KISS a good try. I failed. To me it was soooo boooooring... HAHAHAHAaaaa!!! NOT a big Kiss fan either, at least not of the guitar playing......but they were fun to hear at the roller-rink. The avatar is just some old HFC laughs,

I had a great time as always....It was so good to see everyone again!!! I haven't been able to make it out there for quite a while and hopefully made up for that last night. I probably played a bit too much, my fingers and wrists are achin'. I certainly drank a bit too much, the head was a poundin' this morning!!! Special thanks to Ray(Bloozguy) for the growlers and for bringing that Red Robin out to play, that thing sounded/played awesome ( for not being a Hamer!).

I will always hate him......He's gimmicky, weird, feminine, famous, creative.........my wife went out to see him on a night that I was gigging and said "BEST show EVAH" and "Honey, don't take this wrong, but, he's a better guitar player than you are.......he's better than EVERYBODY" I hate him. (not)

All of the above is BS!!!! YES, you are too old. I am only 45, however. You should immediately send that guitar to me and I will play it until I am 48 then pass it on to someone else (who is young enough AND cool enough to play it)

I had a bandmate with a Jem...he loved it 'til I got my Centaura, lol. He shoulda played a few licks CLEAN and DRY......I wonder if he can. edit- DAYUM...I'm a snob(asshole), he he. The Hamer kicked ass......much fatter, not even close. You can dial out extra chunk if you gotta(but why?).......you can't dial in what's not there in the first place tho.

The only part(s) of the show that got me to sit & watch for a minute was......The Foo AND watching the CUTEST GIRL EVAH throw around a cheesy banjo like it was a Les Paul. What was that song again? no- don't tell me, I feel dirty enough already.

I'm DEFINITELY up for a frozen jam on THE 15TH...... If I start thawing my fingers now.....

Well, I'm alive & moving(kinda). What a great time..... I'm speechless. I DID take a load of pics with Vonnie's camera, I'm sure they will surface after the Cajun couple finish up their trip by laying waste to Chicago tonite. SOOO many people tore it up last nite and its all just a big blur to me now....... FREEBIRD? WTF!!!! don't yell it out unless ya really want it cuz- Jeffro is INSANE....he'll do it, He DID do it. I may never recover

Hmmm, the wife & daughter just got back from their kickboxing classes and modified my plans for me . I gotta toe the line or they'll make mincemeat of me in my current state I'll be out a little later...keep the catfish warm!

What a great time and some KICKIN' jams........and we're still just getting warmed up for tonite!!!! I can sure see some winter trips to Cajun Country in my future......and I got my hookup for gator sausage locked down!!!!
