I went with the individual Hercules hangers when I hung all of mine up. For one thing, they do look better. If I were running a store, that would be one thing, but in my home I don't want that board back there sticking out like a sore thumb. The Amazon hangers show 8 guitars hung to the side. Again, I'm not a store. If I hang my guitars on the wall it's so that they can be properly displayed. The Amazon hanger is $210 for 48" of hanger space. Hercules hangers are $20 each (that's $50 cheaper for 8). Too much being made about "finding the studs" to hang them. First: Get over it. Find the studs. It's not that hard. Second: You'd need to find the wall studs to mount that unsightly board anyway. I think this looks a lot better.

Yeah, they're probably heavy. I don't know. Never saw one up close. Likewise, I don't expect any of them play well enough to make you want to sell your Shishkov. I appreciate them more from a creative/artistic point of view.
