Hmm, lets see. I got my T-51 from someone here on the board, got my duotone custom from SirDan, traded my FM special to Zoner for an amp(sniff...I miss it), got a p90 special from a board member.

I've had 2 acoustics, a T51 and a Diablo shipped to me without cases. All arrived safe and sound. I drove 150 miles to pick up my chap. Ended up coming home with an amp as well on that trip.

That FM is a MONSTER. The dings are not evident to anyone but the player. If I hadn't just bought SirDans duotone custom, a PA, 2 mains and 2 monitors this would be mine! The case has a broken latch but isn't that bad at all. At one point, I had the action lowered on that guitar so you could hang a 1.0 dunlop tortex anywhere on the fretboard. It is great overdriven but still has excellent cleans. I miss it. I changed the pickups in my paul to try to get that sound but haven't found it yet. Edited to add a crappy pic. The center is more orange than this pic shows.

Thining hair sucks. So does creakiness. I work 12 hour shifts and walk around on concrete all day. By the end of the days my feet, legs and lower back are killing me. The ulitmate bummer is that I'm now older than my dad was when he had his first heart attack. He died when he was 59. My mom passed at 61 of cancer and suffered a stroke in the mix. One of my sisters has already battled cancer and kicked its ass. One of my sisters has already had a heart attack. Getting old does suck. Like I tell my residents at the nursing home, getting old is the hardest thing you do. That's why god saves it for last.

My duotone is my favorite guitar. Light as a feather, overdriven it is a monster. Lay off some and its clean and woody. Darker than my other humbucker guitars but in a good way. Mine had a neck dive problem but pearloid buttons and crome plated brass nobs pretty much cured it. The acoustic side is pretty good. If/when you test drive one, strum over the 20th fret or so and you will get better acoustic sounds.

I tried and failed to like Dave Matthews. A couple girls I dated loved him and would put up with my music so I really tried. Hate him.
